2022 is already about to come to its end, there are so many TV shows airing this fall. Some are new and some are returning again.
These are the TV shows you NEED to be watching this fall! We’ll be looking at anticipated new shows premiering as well as returning favorites.
10. “The Mayor”
Synopsis : After years of toiling away in a small inner-city apartment, making music in his bedroom closet, young rapper Courtney Rose is ready for his big break. Tired of waiting for opportunity, Courtney cooks up the publicity stunt of the century — running for mayor of his hometown in California to generate buzz for his music career. His master plan goes wildly awry, ending in the most terrifying of outcomes: an election victory. With the help of his mother and friends, Courtney will have to overcome his hubris if he wants to transform the struggling city he loves.
The show has already started airing from Oct 3.

9. “Will & Grace”
Synopsis : Will, a gay lawyer, allows his best friend Grace, an interior designer, to stay in his house for a temporary period after her marriage falls apart. But she ends up being his permanent roommate.
It was one of the favourite shows of early 2000’s . It started airing again after they featured a vedio to support voting.
8. “The Good Place”
Synopsis : Eleanor, a deceased saleswoman, is sent to The Good Place in the afterlife in a case of mistaken identity. Everyone there except her assigned soul mate is unaware of her morally dodgy past.
The second season has already started airing.

7. “Mindhunter”
Mindhunter is an American crime drama web television series created by Joe Penhall, based on the true crime book Mind Hunter: Inside the FBI’s Elite Serial Crime Unit written by John E. Douglas and Mark Olshaker.
First episode aired on 13th October.

6. “The Deuce”
Created by George Pelecanos and David Simon, who also collaborated on HBO’s “The Wire” and “Treme,” the semifictional drama series “The Deuce” tells of the germination of the sex-trade industry in the heart of New York’s Times Square.
It’s the early 1970s, and the porn business begins a shift from organized crime-backed parlors to a legitimate, culturally accepted enterprise. A cast of barkeeps, prostitutes, pimps, police and nightlife seekers centers around twins Vincent and Frankie Martino (James Franco, in a dual role), who navigate the sex business after meeting well-connected mobster Rudy Pipilo.
Their storyline, among others, merges with that of prostitute Candy, whose ambition and intelligence lead her to a more prominent role in the industry.
5. “Marvel’s Runaways”
Six teenagers who can barely stand each other must unite against a common foe — their parents, who they have discovered are evil.
It will aired in Hulu Network.
First episode will air on 21 November .
4. “Curb Your Enthusiasm”
Synopsis : Take a closer look at the nearly perfect personal and professional life of David who is a popular personality in the entertainment industry. He lives happily with his wife in Los Angeles.
First aired in 2000, this show is back after 6 years.
3. “Star Trek: Discovery”
Created by Bryan Fuller and Alex Kurtzman for CBS All Access, the story of “Star Trek: Discovery” begins roughly a decade before Captain Kirk’s five-year mission — as portrayed in the original “Star Trek” from the 1960s — and a century before the events of “Star Trek: Enterprise.”
The series follows the crew of the USS Discovery as they encounter new worlds and civilizations, delving into familiar themes and expanding upon an incident that has been talked about within the franchise’s universe, but never fully explored.
This is the greatest gift for a Star Trek fans.
2. TV show “The Gifted”
Synopsis : When the threat of a hostile government forces the family to go on the run to protect themselves, they join the ranks of an underground network of mutants. Together, the group fight to survive in a world where fear and misunderstanding put them at constant risk. “X-Men” alums Bryan Singer, Lauren Shuler Donner and Simon Kinberg are among the executive producers.
Marvel expands its footprint on the television landscape with this new family adventure series about an ordinary suburban family whose lives change course forever when they discover their children have developed mutant powers.
1. “Stranger Things”
This thrilling Netflix original drama stars Golden Globe-winning actress Winona Ryder as Joyce Byers, who lives in a small Indiana town in 1983 — inspired by a time when tales of science fiction captivated audiences. When Joyce’s 12-year-old son, Will, goes missing, she launches a terrifying investigation into his disappearance with local authorities. As they search for answers, they unravel a series of extraordinary mysteries involving secret government experiments, unnerving supernatural forces, and a very unusual little girl.
If you still haven’t watched this, you must have been sleeping under the rock. The series is direct by the Duffer Brothers and received lot of critical reception.
The second season will take place around Halloween (October 31) of 1984 and will air on Oct 27.
